Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, focusing on user experience and customer satisfaction — you've successfully tackled complex design challenges and created solutions that enhance user interactions. Your expertise in Figma allows you to develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that resonate with users. You understand the importance of collaboration and have worked closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.

You are passionate about creating seamless customer experiences — you thrive on turning critical pain points into delightful interactions. Your background in behavioral science and AI informs your design decisions, enabling you to create solutions that not only look good but also function effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between onsite collaboration and remote work.

Desirable

Experience in fraud prevention or trust and safety design is a plus — you understand the nuances of designing for security and integrity in customer interactions. Familiarity with machine learning concepts can enhance your contributions to the team, as you will be involved in developing systems that protect customers from financial harm.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at DoorDash, you will be a key player in the Customer Experience & Integrity team, focusing on enhancing user interactions across the platform.
