Anthropic is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth with Microsoft Azure. You'll develop go-to-market strategies and manage key relationships to accelerate AI adoption. This role requires experience in partnership management and a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem.
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in technology or cloud services. You understand the startup ecosystem and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your hands-on approach and high ownership mindset enable you to navigate complex relationships effectively. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
You are data-driven and can develop forecasting models to track partnership performance. Your analytical skills help you identify opportunities for growth and optimize processes for partnership operations. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships that foster mutual success. You are passionate about AI technology and its potential to transform industries, particularly in the context of startups and digital-native businesses.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business will set you apart. You have a network within the startup community and can leverage those connections to enhance partnership opportunities. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial as you work to achieve revenue targets.
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Anthropic's partnership with Microsoft, focusing on startups and digital-native businesses. You will create co-selling motions and enablement programs that drive engagement and revenue. Building a robust pipeline and developing forecasting models will be key responsibilities, as you work to meet and exceed revenue targets for the partnership.
You will maintain cross-functional relationships across Microsoft's startup-focused teams and digital-native account organizations, ensuring alignment and collaboration on initiatives. Your role will involve creating scalable processes for partnership operations, including intake management and performance tracking. You will also play a critical role in shaping how frontier AI technology is commercialized at scale, contributing to the blueprint for successful AI-cloud provider partnerships.
