What you'll do

As a Network Engineer at Meta, you will join the Edge and Network Services Foundation NetOps team, where your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of field repair services. You will utilize your knowledge of hyperscale data center structured cabling and fiber connectivity solutions to ensure that network operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with internal business teams and external vendors to develop strategies for integrating new technologies into the existing operational framework. Your role will involve understanding the technical drivers for the business and organizing strategies that ensure operational supportability meets those needs.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will represent the Edge and Network Services team across various stakeholder groups, helping to achieve critical projects that enhance the overall performance of the network. Your contributions will be vital in improving the operational efficiency and reliability of Meta's network services.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting network issues and providing solutions that minimize downtime and enhance service delivery. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving successful outcomes for the organization.
