Amazon is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee shift management in their Vendor Flex fulfillment node in Tilburg. You'll coordinate operational processes and monitor key performance indicators to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of logistics and operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including logistics service providers and frontline management. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are eager to support and train your colleagues to deliver exceptional service. You understand the importance of data analysis in optimizing safety, quality, and productivity within the logistics framework.
In this role, you will oversee shift management at one of Amazon's Vendor Flex fulfillment nodes, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly. You will measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide critical shift information to frontline management to maintain operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include supporting and training employees, supervising their daily tasks, and collaborating with the Shift/Area Manager on projects aimed at improving processes and fostering a safe working environment. You will work closely with other departments to address common issues and support needs in key performance areas. Additionally, you will utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing logistics operations and enhancing overall productivity.
