Zscaler is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to enhance their People Analytics capabilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize Tableau dashboards and resolve performance issues. This role requires experience in data visualization and analytics.
You have a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics, with experience in developing and optimizing dashboards using Tableau. You are skilled at diagnosing and resolving performance issues, ensuring that data visualizations are both effective and efficient. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality results.
Experience with other data visualization tools or programming languages is a plus, as is familiarity with HR analytics and metrics. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the People Analytics capabilities at Zscaler. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve existing Tableau dashboards, ensuring they meet the needs of the People & Culture team. Your work will involve diagnosing and resolving bugs and performance issues, optimizing dashboards for better user experience. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining data pipelines that support analytics initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
