Job Description

WalkMe, a global AI-driven SaaS company and subsidiary of SAP, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. This role supports our rapidly growing global operations and partners closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams. If you’re a proactive, business-minded legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — WalkMe is where you want to be!

We view the ideal candidate as one who has experience running commercial agreements, with a strong background and deep understanding in technology transactions, IP licensing and SaaS agreements, a “Deal Maker” with business acumen with the ability to manage risk while enabling business success.
