Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various bodywork tasks effectively. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are comfortable handling large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, showcasing your skills in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with your team and customers.
As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling, ensuring that vehicles meet the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will also engage in roof and rocker panel repairs, as well as large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the repair process. Your role will require you to collaborate with other team members to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
