Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally within a technical environment. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach. Your ability to build trust quickly with customers is essential for driving growth within accounts through customized onboarding and strategy meetings. You possess a strong aptitude for technology and are eager to learn about MongoDB and databases, ensuring you can effectively communicate with customers about technical concepts. Collaboration is key for you, as you will work closely with various internal teams to deliver the right help to customers at the right time.

Desirable

Experience in a customer-facing role within a company offering mission-critical technical products is a plus. A background in technology will help you understand customer needs better and provide tailored solutions. You are passionate about fostering positive outcomes and are committed to evolving the team to meet customer demands.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the main contact for MongoDB end users within a large portfolio of customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Services teams to address customer needs effectively.
