We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to build and lead a modern, scalable digital marketing engine at Together AI. This is a newly created role within the Demand Generation team, with the opportunity to architect our digital foundation, establish best practices, and drive measurable growth. You will own our digital performance marketing strategy and ensure programs across channels are integrated, high-impact, and data-driven.

The ideal candidate brings both agency and in-house experience, understands how digital drives full-funnel impact, and thrives in high-growth, technical environments. You have deep expertise in paid media, SEO, and the evolving world of AEO/GEO—and you know how to connect digital insights to business outcomes. You’ll help ensure Together AI shows up where AI-native builders and users discover, evaluate, and adopt new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital programs across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, and emerging channels.
• Activate digital components of integrated demand initiatives, supporting campaign rollouts, amplifying events, and ensuring strong alignment with broader go-to-market efforts.
• Collaborate with Web and Content Marketing to shape a cohesive SEO, AEO, and GEO approach that aligns digital programs with our organic visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and generative platforms.
• Continuously optimize ads, landing pages, and creative to improve conversion rates and drive more efficient acquisition.
• Track, forecast, and manage digital budgets with clear ROI and KPI reporting.
• Build dashboards and communicate actionable insights on performance, pipeline impact, and channel efficiency.
• Test and evaluate new digital channels, tools, and AI-driven marketing technologies to engage AI-native audiences and expand reach.
• Manage external digital agencies to ensure high-quality execution and strategic alignment.

Requirements 

• 6+ years in B2B digital marketing, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-native/digital-first tech companies, with a blend of agency and in-house experience.
• Expertise in paid media, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and retargeting.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO, and how organic and paid strategies complement each other.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, UTMs, pixels), with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and communicate business impact to leadership.
• Proven ability to run experiments, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates.
• Strong collaborator, with experience managing agency partners and working cross-functionally in fast-paced, technical environments.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $160-190K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area.
