Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, with experience managing systems and processes that support cross-functional teams. You are Salesforce-certified and possess a systems-minded approach, allowing you to optimize workflows and ensure data integrity. Your ability to troubleshoot complex issues makes you the go-to expert for the tools that drive pipeline and revenue motion. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You are motivated by the mission of empowering renters and are eager to contribute to a growth-stage FinTech company. You understand the importance of reliable data flow and scalable processes in achieving business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and optimize the systems and architecture that power Flex's go-to-market engine. You will manage the Salesforce environment end-to-end, ensuring that data flows reliably and workflows are well-designed. You will oversee integrations and lead system improvements, building new features that enhance the user experience. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues and serving as the primary expert for the tools that drive revenue. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Partner Success, to ensure that all stakeholders have the tools they need to execute their strategies effectively. You will also be responsible for scaling processes that enable Flex to grow and adapt to the evolving needs of its users.
