You are skilled in implementing lean engineering practices such as CI/CD and TDD, ensuring that your team operates efficiently and effectively. You understand the importance of mentoring and providing feedback to your team members, helping them grow in their careers.

You hold a B.Tech/B.E/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, which has equipped you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role. Your experience includes not only technical leadership but also talent management, where you have successfully defined team structures and contributed to hiring processes. You are passionate about fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based platforms and data security solutions would be a plus, as it aligns with Druva's mission to provide autonomous data protection. What you'll do
