What you'll do

As an Experience Advocate at Opendoor, you will be the face and voice of the company, handling the sophisticated needs of our customers. Your day will involve responding to incoming calls and written communications from customers, agents, and partners, providing them with the information they need about the home-buying and selling process. You will own tough customer interactions, gathering detailed information and developing pathways for effective communication. Collaborating with internal stakeholders will be a key part of your role, as you work to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. You will continuously develop your knowledge of the real estate industry, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers.
