What you'll do

As a Visual Designer at AlphaSights, you will develop a variety of design assets, including marketing materials, event collateral, and social media graphics. Your role will involve evolving the company's visual identity by creating and refining brand assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with the design team and website manager to enhance the company website, creating sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to test ideas. You will also engage with teams across the organization, including Communications and Recruitment, to ensure that all visual outputs effectively communicate the AlphaSights brand. Your work will play a crucial role in presenting the company in the best possible light to clients, experts, candidates, and internal teams. You will be responsible for safeguarding adherence to brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of creativity to elevate the quality of visual communication.
