What you'll do

As a Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to clean and prepare vacation homes for guests. This includes ensuring that each property is spotless and fully stocked with necessary supplies. You will work independently and may have varying hours each week, depending on the business's needs. Your role is crucial in providing guests with a memorable vacation experience, and you will take pride in the cleanliness of the homes you service. You will also participate in paid training and required meetings to ensure you are well-prepared for your tasks.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a piece-rate compensation structure, allowing you to earn between $36 and $325 per unit cleaned, with an average of $90 per unit. You will also receive $22 per hour for paid training and non-post reservation cleans. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus of $250 paid after 30 days of employment.
