You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in corporate functions. You excel in a consultative role, shaping hiring strategies and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Your ability to leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions sets you apart. You are familiar with sourcing and CRM tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem, and have a solid understanding of recruiting analytics and reporting tools. You thrive in a collaborative environment, utilizing scheduling and communication tools like GoodTime and Slack to optimize workflows. You are eager to adopt new recruiting technologies and continuously improve processes for scale.
In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for Stripe's corporate functions across the AMER region.
