Apple is hiring a POS Ops Executive to drive the execution of Apple programs at the point of sales across various distribution channels in Hungary and the Adriatic region. You'll coordinate program deployment and enhance customer experience at POS. This role requires strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
You have a drive for results and possess strong negotiation skills that enable you to effectively engage with various stakeholders. Your interpersonal savvy allows you to build relationships and navigate complex situations with ease. You are a problem solver who can think on your feet and present ideas clearly and persuasively. With a solid business acumen, you understand the market dynamics and can set priorities effectively. Your agile thinking helps you adapt to changing circumstances and you have a proven track record in project management. You are highly proficient with Excel at an advanced level, which you use to analyze data and drive decisions. A university degree or equivalent experience is part of your background, and fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of an Eastern region language is an asset.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing Apple programs at the point of sales across various distribution channels in Hungary and the Adriatic region. You will work closely with the EMEIA PoS Operations team, local field staff, and external agencies to ensure timely and flawless execution of programs. Your focus will be on monitoring and measuring customer experience at POS, developing key actions to enhance program quality, and ensuring merchandising readiness in partner branded program doors. You will coordinate program deployment with key parties and ensure that the execution aligns with the highest standards set by the sales teams. Your role will involve driving initiatives that enrich the customer experience and contribute to Apple's overall sales strategy.
