What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the security compliance initiatives at Zscaler, ensuring that our cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform meets all regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to develop and implement compliance strategies that align with business objectives. Your leadership will guide the team in identifying compliance gaps and developing action plans to address them.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to security compliance processes and procedures. This includes conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting compliance metrics and reporting findings to senior management.

You will also play a key role in training and educating team members on compliance best practices.
