Overview

You have experience in sales, particularly in a consultative environment, and are comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are passionate about transforming the healthcare staffing industry. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative solutions. You are results-oriented and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You are adaptable and eager to learn as Medely expands into more complex market opportunities.

Desirable

Experience in healthcare or staffing industries is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems. You have a strategic mindset and can plan territories effectively to maximize your impact. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time efficiently to achieve your goals.

What you'll do

As a Launch Account Executive at Medely, you will own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities, focusing on the SMB market. You will engage in prospecting and discovery to identify potential clients and understand their needs. You will conduct tailored solution demos that showcase how Medely's marketplace and workforce management tools can benefit healthcare facilities. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers and guiding them through the sales process to close deals successfully. You will also be responsible for strategic territory planning to ensure consistent activity and drive adoption of Medely's services. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to transition into more complex mid-market opportunities, further expanding your skills and impact.

What we offer

Medely offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $124,000 - $138,000, including base salary and commission. The commission structure is uncapped, allowing for significant earnings potential as you exceed your sales quotas. You will be part of a fully remote team that values collaboration and innovation, working alongside sharp and entrepreneurial individuals dedicated to redefining healthcare staffing.
