What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the cross-functional delivery of Okta's most strategic portfolio of work in the Platform team. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes. This includes clarifying needs and value, securing commitment from teams across the organization, and setting timelines for project milestones. You will facilitate ongoing delivery and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

You will be responsible for orchestrating planning sessions, prioritizing tasks, and managing integrated timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to project goals. You will also monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and develop strategies to overcome them, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive.
