You are an experienced finance leader with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, bringing at least 5 years of relevant experience to the table. You have a proven track record of driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to executive teams. Your analytical rigor allows you to build scalable financial models that support long-term growth initiatives. You are proficient in financial systems such as NetSuite and Adaptive Planning, which you leverage to enhance reporting and forecasting processes.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can provide actionable insights that guide decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What you'll do

As the Director of FP&A at Veracode, you will lead the preparation and delivery of financial reporting packages for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. You will own the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your role will involve driving the monthly and quarterly close processes, providing insights into business performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies that support the company's growth initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in guiding decision-making and providing clear, actionable insights into business performance. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
