Mark43 is seeking a Software Engineer for their Integrations team to build and scale systems connecting their platform to public safety tools. You'll work with Java and REST APIs in a remote capacity, with hiring available in the US, Canada, and the UK.
You have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in backend development, and are experienced in building integrations that connect various systems. Your expertise in Java and REST APIs allows you to create reliable and efficient solutions that enhance operational data flow across agencies. As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that connect the Mark43 platform to various public safety tools and services. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define integration requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards. You will also engage in testing and debugging to ensure that integrations function as intended and address any issues that arise promptly.
