What you'll do

As the Showroom Sales Supervisor, you will report directly to the Showroom Leader and play a crucial role in creating an excellent client experience at Tonal. You will develop a deep understanding of Tonal's products and technology, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to educate clients and drive sales. You will model exceptional client service and lead initiatives to enhance the showroom's performance, including recruiting and training new team members. Your responsibilities will also include planning events that engage clients and promote the brand. You will utilize Salesforce to maintain client information and drive sales strategies effectively.
