You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of operational workflows, including scaling, patching, and environment provisioning. Desirable

Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes would be a plus, as would familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Prometheus. A background in scripting languages like Bash or Python can enhance your ability to automate tasks and improve efficiency in operations. What you'll do

You will maintain runbooks and observability tools that are critical for monitoring the health of services running 24x7. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with engineering teams to improve processes and reliability, focusing on hands-on operational excellence. You will execute repeatable workflows such as scaling, patching, and certificate rotations, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights on operational challenges and solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the stability and performance of Aerospike's services, making you a key player in the Site Reliability Engineering organization.
