Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer II for the CoreAI team to build foundational platforms and services using Generative AI. You'll work with Azure Managed Grafana and develop intelligent dashboards. This role requires experience in cloud services and data visualization.
You have a solid background in software engineering with experience in building and operating cloud services — your expertise allows you to design highly available systems that meet the demands of modern applications. You are familiar with Azure technologies and have a passion for leveraging AI to enhance observability and user experience.
Your experience includes working with data visualization tools, particularly Grafana, and you understand how to create seamless integrations with various cloud offerings — you thrive on making complex data accessible and actionable for developers. You are also knowledgeable about Generative AI and its applications in software development, enabling you to contribute to innovative solutions that redefine user experiences.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and can develop scalable, secure infrastructure that supports world-class data visualization — your ability to build intelligent insights and predictive alerting systems is a key asset. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to projects that have a significant impact on the future of software development.
Experience with anomaly detection and predictive analytics would be a plus, as would familiarity with operational monitoring tools and practices. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining Azure Managed Grafana and Azure Monitor Dashboards — your work will directly impact how developers understand their cloud services and AI applications.
