You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed. Your role will involve identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales to meet your targets. You will work closely with a supportive team, leveraging ongoing company-wide resources to enhance your skills and performance.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your sales performance, with first-year earnings projected around $85,000 and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years.
