Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Incentive Compensation Design to shape global sales compensation programs. You'll collaborate with various teams to design and implement strategies that motivate performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in compensation design.
You have a strong background in compensation strategy and design, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to model and implement effective compensation programs that drive performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. You understand the importance of aligning compensation with business objectives and have a keen eye for industry best practices. Your experience with AI-driven insights will help you innovate and enhance compensation strategies. You are adaptable and open to considering diverse perspectives, believing that varied experiences contribute to a stronger team.
Experience in sales operations or finance is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to partner effectively with those teams. Familiarity with incentive compensation software or tools will also be beneficial in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end incentive design process, ensuring that compensation programs are not only competitive but also motivating for the sales teams. You will collaborate with GTM leadership to understand their needs and translate them into effective compensation strategies. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you model different compensation scenarios and assess their impact on performance. You will also be responsible for implementing these programs, working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution. Regularly reviewing and adjusting compensation plans based on performance metrics will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that they remain aligned with business goals. You will lead initiatives to educate and inform stakeholders about compensation programs, fostering transparency and understanding across the organization.
