You understand the importance of candidate experience and are dedicated to providing excellent support throughout the recruitment process. You are also willing to travel up to 15% for company gatherings or critical meetings, demonstrating your commitment to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be an integral part of the hiring process for all interviews at the Denver office. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. You will be the main point of contact for onsite interviews, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience. Additionally, you will manage and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System, keeping everything organized and up to date. You will provide support to recruiters and hiring managers, helping them to streamline their processes and improve efficiency. Your role will be crucial in helping Rowan Digital Infrastructure attract and retain top talent.
