Cabify is seeking an FP&A Controller Analyst to join their global FP&A team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of financial reporting and supporting decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting.
You have a strong background in finance, particularly in financial controlling and analysis, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and consistency of financial reports. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify deviations from budgets and forecasts effectively. Your experience includes collaborating with accounting teams to ensure accurate monthly closures and traceability between accounting and management data. You are motivated by the opportunity to generate impact through finance and are passionate about improving reporting processes through automation and digitalization.
Experience with KPIs and operational metrics is a plus, as is familiarity with financial reporting tools and dashboards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with international teams to ensure methodological consistency across different markets. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly will be essential in this role.
In this role, you will review and validate the monthly financial reports of the group, ensuring the integrity and coherence of the information presented. You will collaborate closely with the accounting team to guarantee a correct monthly closure and maintain clear traceability between accounting data and management information. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze deviations from budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities while proposing corrective actions. You will also be responsible for developing and tracking operational KPIs by market, business unit, product, and client, driving continuous improvement in reporting and analysis processes through automation and the development of interactive dashboards.
