MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and execute sales strategies. This role focuses on building relationships with CTOs and technical leaders. Candidates should be motivated and driven, with a passion for sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a strong drive for new business acquisition. You possess superb energy and initiative, which are essential for success in the Enterprise Account Executive role. You thrive in a sales environment and are eager to formulate and execute effective sales strategies within your assigned territory. Your ability to build strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users will be key to your success. You are committed to achieving customer satisfaction and maximizing deal sizes through collaboration with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams. You understand the importance of feedback and input in a sales culture that values innovation and development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, focusing on new customer acquisition. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers and build effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will partner closely with our Solution Architects and work with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes. Participation in sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, will be part of your journey to success at MongoDB.
