You have previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally with a background in supply chain or logistics. Your knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, allows you to effectively manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work closely with various stakeholders and development teams. Your interpersonal and leadership abilities help you foster a productive team environment. A degree in technology, administration, or a related field complements your practical experience.
In this role, you will define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision and strategic goals. You will be responsible for conducting functional refinements, documenting requirements, and creating user stories. Collaborating closely with development, design, and stakeholder teams will be crucial to ensure that product deliveries meet customer expectations. You will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to adjust strategies and priorities accordingly.
