Twilio is seeking a Product Manager 3 to drive Data Insights and Data Governance initiatives. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure safe customer data handling and support data privacy and compliance. This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in data governance and insights. You understand the importance of data privacy and compliance, and you are passionate about championing customer-facing product development that reduces time to insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe customer data handling. Your experience allows you to navigate complex challenges and drive initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization.
Experience with AI technologies and data pipeline security is a plus. You are familiar with reporting systems and understand the needs of customers, executives, and shareholders. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will own the cradle-to-grave product development process for data insights and governance initiatives. You will work closely with various teams within Twilio to ensure that customer data is handled safely and in compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring data pipeline security and ensuring access controls are in place. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical teams and customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring that the products developed meet the needs of all parties involved.
