Databricks is hiring a Program Manager for Onboarding to redesign and operationalize the global onboarding experience. This role will enhance employee experience programs and requires strong project management skills.
You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in designing and implementing onboarding processes that enhance employee experience. Your experience includes leading cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency and improve retention rates. You understand the importance of creating a cohesive employee experience and have successfully executed similar projects in the past. You are skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate with various teams to ensure alignment and success in your initiatives. You are data-driven, capable of measuring the impact of your programs, and are comfortable presenting findings to leadership. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships across different functions.
Experience in HR or People Operations is a plus, as is familiarity with employee resource groups and diversity initiatives. You may have a background in change management or organizational development, which will help you navigate the complexities of redesigning onboarding experiences. A passion for improving employee engagement and retention will set you apart in this role.
As a Program Manager, you will lead the redesign of the new hire onboarding experience, focusing on creating an integrated and automated journey that accelerates time-to-productivity.
