You have a strong background in AI engineering, with experience building GenAI applications and a passion for the latest trends in AI technologies. You thrive in customer-facing roles, where you can leverage your technical expertise to provide solutions that meet diverse client needs. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and developer relations, to influence product roadmaps and strategic initiatives. You are recognized as a thought leader in the AI space, often presenting at industry conferences and sharing insights with peers.
You possess a deep understanding of various AI methodologies, including RAG, multi-agent systems, and Text2SQL, and have hands-on experience with fine-tuning models to optimize performance. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated on advancements in GenAI and LLMOps, ensuring that you can deliver innovative solutions to complex problems. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of production rollouts and are committed to ensuring the success of AI applications in real-world scenarios.
Experience with tools and frameworks that support AI development, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms, will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. A background in data science or machine learning will also be beneficial as you engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
As a Senior AI Engineer at Databricks, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, developing and deploying cutting-edge GenAI solutions that address customer needs.
