As a Sales Development Representative at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects and qualifying them for the sales team. You will engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to introduce them to KnowBe4's innovative cybersecurity solutions. Your role will involve understanding the needs of prospects and effectively communicating how KnowBe4 can address their security challenges. You will work closely with the Territory/Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Regularly tracking your outreach efforts and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system will be essential to your success. You will collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies that can improve lead generation and conversion rates.
