Adyen is seeking a Compliance Advisory Officer to provide strategic compliance advice within the payments and financial services industry. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to navigate complex compliance challenges. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.
You have experience in the payments, financial services, or FinTech industry, ideally with a strong analytical mindset that allows you to tackle complex compliance challenges. Your communication skills enable you to provide pragmatic and strategic advice to both internal and external stakeholders. You are motivated to help businesses achieve their ambitions faster through innovative and ethical solutions.
In this role, you will represent Compliance towards the commercial and operational teams, facilitating communication with specialized Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, and Risk functions. You will conduct trainings and provide ad-hoc Compliance advice to Adyen’s internal stakeholders and customers. Your ability to deconstruct complex challenges will support the team in providing solutions that align with Adyen’s strategic objectives and overall risk appetite. You will perform and coordinate Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) risk assessments, ensuring that compliance measures are effectively implemented and maintained.
