Overview

Unity is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead EMEA Channel Partnerships. You'll drive strategy and execution across Europe and the Middle East, collaborating closely with sales teams. This role requires strong leadership and strategic insight.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and channel strategies, ideally within the technology or gaming sectors. Your leadership experience includes mentoring and guiding teams to achieve revenue targets, and you possess a deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics. You are adept at using market insights to shape strategic directions and have a collaborative mindset that fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in high-impact roles where you can drive significant business outcomes and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and mentor a regional team of Partner Account Managers based in Europe and the Middle East, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed their revenue targets. You will build and drive the regional channel strategy, collaborating closely with Unity’s Direct Sales organizations to develop and execute effective co-selling strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading the forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting cadence for the region, providing clear visibility into EMEA performance for the Global Channel Lead. You will play a critical role within the Channel leadership team, leveraging market insights to influence the medium-to-long-term direction of Unity’s partner ecosystem.
