You have experience in DevOps monitoring or architecture tools, providing you with a solid foundation to support customer needs effectively. You are confident in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to both external customers and internal teams, showcasing your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Your creative thinking allows you to tackle various challenges, ensuring that you can adapt to the dynamic needs of customers. You have experience in system administration, whether on Windows or Linux, which enhances your technical credibility in discussions with clients. You are eager to learn new technologies continuously, building competitive knowledge and technical skills that will benefit your role. You understand the importance of collaboration and are excited to work in a friendly and passionate team environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to clearly communicate Datadog's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. You will conduct product and technical presentations for potential customers, helping them understand how Datadog can address their specific needs. You will work directly with the product team to prioritize feature requests based on feedback from customers, competitors, and partners. Your role will also involve assisting customers in effectively using the product and providing support when they encounter obstacles. You will engage in creative problem-solving to address various technical challenges throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed. As a Sales Engineer, you will act as an ambassador for Datadog, representing the brand positively in all interactions.
