You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the mid-enterprise segment, with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. You are a builder at heart, eager to create and implement strategies that will shape the future of Klaviyo in Asia. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop your team to achieve their best.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess market opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the APAC region. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths, enabling you to foster relationships that drive success.
