You have a strong background in DevOps engineering with at least 5 years of experience managing and optimizing large-scale infrastructure. Desirable

Experience with specific tools such as Databricks and Snowflake is a plus, as is familiarity with data science workflows. You may also have experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices, which are crucial for streamlining deployment processes. A background in security best practices for cloud environments would be beneficial, as you understand the importance of safeguarding sensitive data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Life360's infrastructure, which supports millions of users across various services. You will work closely with the Horizons DevOps and Infrastructure team to ensure that our platforms are reliable, scalable, and efficient. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring system performance, implementing automation solutions, and collaborating with data teams to enhance data processing capabilities. You will also play a key role in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to facilitate smooth deployments and updates. As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the DevOps culture within the organization. You will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and drive improvements in our infrastructure.
