Cabify is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead analytics initiatives and mentor a team of specialists. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights using SQL and data visualization techniques. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from a Senior Data Analyst position.
You have a strong background as a Senior Data Analyst and are ready to step into a leadership role. With at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, you possess a deep understanding of SQL and data visualization tools. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights. Your strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills enable you to prioritize projects effectively and ensure successful delivery. You enjoy mentoring other analysts and fostering a collaborative team environment, while still being hands-on with data exploration and technical execution.
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with analytics problem spaces is a plus. You are passionate about improving mobility and making cities better places to live, aligning with Cabify's mission. A background in product analytics or working closely with engineering and growth teams will help you thrive in this role.
