What you'll do

As a Community Support Specialist at Figma, you will monitor community and social channels, providing outstanding technical support to users. You will engage with customers directly and publicly, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve identifying trends within the community and surfacing improvements to enhance user engagement. You will partner with Design, Engineering, and Technical Quality Support teams to investigate and resolve complex issues, ensuring that users receive timely and effective solutions. You will also help scale one-to-many support initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and satisfaction of the Figma community.
