The Apple Health team is seeking an exceptional and results-driven Software QA Engineer to help craft outstanding experiences for both our employees and customers. We're looking for engineers who have a proven track record in developing intuitive, high-performance user experiences for applications on devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
In this role, you will take ownership of planning, designing, maintaining, and executing test cases with minimal guidance. Your passion for identifying and breaking things, your persistence in isolating root causes, and your ability to simplify complex problems with both technical expertise and creative thinking will be key to your success. Minimum Qualifications
BS in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance (QA)
Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset and exceptional attention to detail
Proven track record of working on and successfully shipping software
Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with development teams, management, and multi-functional collaborators within Apple
A strong curiosity for emerging technologies, with a flexible approach and comfort in navigating ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at communicating effectively in team environments
Strong passion for digital health
Background in health and healthcare a plus
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Shown ability to work cross-functionally
