ZoomInfo is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to build and scale a Center of Excellence across Paid Media and Demand Generation. You'll leverage a B2C growth mindset and manage multi-million-dollar budgets while driving innovative marketing strategies. This role requires extensive experience in paid media and demand generation.
You have a proven track record in performance marketing with at least 5 years of experience leading paid media strategies and demand generation initiatives. Your expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets demonstrates your ability to drive significant results while maintaining discipline in spending. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about leveraging data to inform your marketing strategies. You possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and can apply a consumer-grade growth mindset to elevate marketing efforts. Your leadership skills enable you to build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Experience with various paid media channels, including Search, Paid Social, Display/Programmatic, and Retargeting, is highly desirable. Familiarity with emerging platforms and a knack for creative testing will set you apart. You are comfortable with rapid experimentation and can adapt strategies based on real-time data insights. A background in B2C marketing will enhance your ability to think like a growth operator, pushing channel teams to innovate and optimize continuously.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of all paid media channels, ensuring that each campaign aligns with the overall marketing objectives. You will establish a Center of Excellence that focuses on high-volume creative testing and audience-first activation. Your responsibilities will include building channel playbooks and standards that enhance execution quality across the organization. You will drive significantly higher testing velocity and transform how demand is activated in a modern, iterative manner. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with business goals. You will also manage the performance of demand generation channels, optimizing content and campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
