Canonical is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify enterprise customer challenges and create business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

As a Sales Development Representative at Canonical, you will engage with inbound inquiries through email, phone, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer service. You will also plan and execute outbound initiatives, including calls, emails, social media outreach, and webinars, to generate leads. Your role will involve participating in domestic and international trade shows and events, where you will represent Canonical and gather leads. You will conduct research on prospective customers and perform account mapping to identify potential opportunities. Additionally, you will provide feedback on marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness. Managing the sales pipeline and leads in the CRM will be a key responsibility, as well as participating in the development of team processes and policies.
