DigiCert is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to strategically develop and grow new business while deepening relationships with existing customers. This role requires exceptional time and people management skills, with a focus on consultative support and collaboration with sales teams.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or data-analytics industry, with experience in developing and nurturing client relationships. Your exceptional time and people management skills enable you to marshal resources effectively and advance opportunities. You are well-versed in competitor products and capabilities, allowing you to position your offerings strategically. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is essential for this role, as is a forward-thinking mindset focused on long-term account growth.
You thrive in environments where you can act as a trusted advisor, prioritizing customers' best interests and offering consultative support even outside active buying cycles. Your ability to engage with customers in face-to-face settings, including on-site visits and business reviews, helps you better understand their needs and challenges. You are proactive in identifying areas for partnership and expansion, ensuring that you remain accessible and resourceful in helping customers realize business value.
Experience in the cybersecurity or encryption sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with major ecommerce brands and cloud providers. You are comfortable leveraging both in-person and virtual interactions to build trusted relationships and drive pipeline generation through outreach and networking.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically developing and growing net-new business while expanding and deepening relationships with existing customers across assigned accounts and territories. You will identify, pursue, and close new opportunities, driving pipeline generation through outreach, networking, and on-site customer meetings. Regular engagement with customers in face-to-face settings will be crucial, as you will conduct business reviews and solution workshops to better understand their needs and address challenges.
You will collaborate closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams throughout the sales campaign lifecycle to ensure a cohesive and responsive customer experience. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers realize business value and remain engaged with the company’s solutions. You will also be responsible for building consensus among the buying team and ensuring that customer needs are prioritized throughout the sales process.
