Who you are

You have a strong analytical background with a proven track record in customer retention strategies — your experience spans over 5 years in managing customer growth initiatives and understanding customer behavior. You excel in data-driven decision-making and have a knack for identifying opportunities to improve engagement and monetization. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams, ensuring that customer experiences are impactful and aligned with business goals. You are results-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a significant impact on customer loyalty and retention.

Desirable

Experience in the streaming or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics and data science methodologies. You are comfortable using various analytics tools to derive insights and predictive models that inform your strategies. A background in marketing or product management can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Customer Intelligence team at Roku, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic initiatives.
