Unqork is seeking an Associate Technical Services Engineer to support clients and improve technical processes. You'll work with MongoDB, JSON, and REST APIs. This role requires 1+ years of software support or technical implementation experience.
You have at least 1 year of experience in software support or technical implementation, ideally in a SaaS environment. Your basic knowledge of databases, particularly MongoDB, allows you to troubleshoot effectively. You are familiar with JSON and RESTful APIs, which are essential for the role. Your technical troubleshooting ability, even without extensive coding experience, enables you to assist clients efficiently. You have experience in designing, documenting, and educating others about new processes, which is crucial for fostering a collaborative environment. You are an inclusive and innovative thinker who is eager to challenge the status quo and contribute positively to the team.
In this role, you will be the primary contact for support assessment consultants, ensuring that technical support issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will partner with support leadership to operationalize and improve support processes, promoting positive outcomes across the account portfolio. Your responsibilities will include fostering education and process documentation for support consultants, which will enhance the overall support experience. You will collaborate with platform operations and customer success teams to improve support models and develop new processes focused on scalability. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation, providing essential support during designated times to ensure client satisfaction.
