Doctolib is seeking a CRM Content Manager to lead B2C content strategies and optimize CRM communications. You'll work with various teams to create impactful content across multiple formats. This role requires experience in content management and analytics.
You have a strong background in content management and CRM strategies, particularly in the B2C sector. Your experience includes planning and creating high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and SEO, to ensure a cohesive brand message. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have experience analyzing CRM performance to optimize content strategies. You are proactive in your approach and are comfortable working with various stakeholders to achieve common goals. You believe in the power of effective communication and are passionate about creating content that informs and inspires.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, creation, and optimization of targeted CRM communications. You will develop content for newsletters, push notifications, and landing pages, ensuring that messages are clear and impactful.
