Senior Back-End Senior Software Engineer

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing diverse enterprise applications using object-oriented programming languages. Your expertise in .NET Framework and ASP.NET solutions is proven, and you are familiar with MVC and Web API frameworks, including RESTful APIs. You understand the importance of producing testable, performant, and technically efficient code, and you are committed to following the Definition of Done (DoD) in your development processes. You are proactive in identifying technical debt within systems and are skilled at proposing effective strategies to address these issues. Your ability to share technical specifications and solution designs in an understandable manner is a key strength, and you are always looking to assess improvements and alternative solutions through research and investigation of new technologies.

Desirable

Experience with cloud technologies and modern development practices would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative team environments. You are someone who enjoys mentoring junior developers and contributing to a positive team culture.

What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Appspace, you will take ownership of product features from technical design through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product owners and QA teams, to identify potential risks and ensure successful project milestones. Your role will involve producing high-quality code that meets performance metrics and adheres to internal strategies.
