Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Consumer Growth Platform to drive product strategy and improve user engagement through data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with engineering and analytics teams, focusing on consumer data tooling and attribution models.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in consumer-focused roles where you've successfully driven product strategy and user engagement. Your background includes a strong understanding of data analytics and how to leverage consumer insights to enhance product offerings. You are skilled in defining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with business goals, ensuring that your team is focused on delivering measurable outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to improve data quality and drive informed decision-making. You possess a platform-first mindset, understanding the importance of data in shaping user experiences and driving growth.
Experience with consumer data platforms and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with attribution models and governance frameworks. You have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights that can guide product development and marketing strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
In this role, you will lead the product strategy for Affirm's Consumer Growth Data systems and platform tools, empowering internal teams with the information they need to make informed decisions. You will drive initiatives focused on attribution and trust, developing reliable tracking and incrementality models that demonstrate the impact of your work on consumer experience and ROI. You will partner with engineering and analytics teams to enhance data quality, accuracy, and timeliness, ensuring that the insights generated are actionable and relevant. Your responsibilities will include defining clear OKRs and metrics that tie investments into consumer data, ultimately improving user engagement, incremental GMV, and user retention. You will also play a key role in fostering better relationships between Affirm and its consumers through improved personalization and relevant touchpoints.
